From the moment you walk in, you will instantly find yourself part of our group. We have a large lounge to meet and visit with friends, and a growing library of books you are welcome to read and return.

Spacious locker rooms where you can enjoy a hot (or cold) shower after class.

We chose beautiful colors for the studio, made sure the hotbox had a state of the art heating system, infused the place with love, then let go of the reins.

Welcome! "Mi casa es su casa" as the saying goes. This studio is as much yours as it is ours.  When creating this space we designed a space that is brought to life by the people who frequent it.

This is a place where you will meet other people like you. This is a place where you can wash away your worries in rivers of sweat. This is a place where you will be reminded that you create your destiny.We are dedicated to letting our best possible self shine through-both for ourselves and for the world.
