HOW TO PREPARE
Anyone is welcome to attend any class, pre-registration is not necessary: pick a time that works for you. Classes are 90 minutes, and start on the hour. Check our schedule for class times.
Plan for plenty of time to park, sign-in, change clothes, and be ready to begin on time.
- We suggest arriving 20 minutes before start time. Doors to the studio close as class begins- late-comers will not be able to enter the studio. Please plan ahead!
Drink lots of water throughout the day.
- Especially if you typically drink lots of coffee or tea, increase your plain water intake. Proper hydration is key to so many of your body's functions.
Dress like you are going to the beach!
- Shorts are better than pants, and quick drying material will be more comfortable than cotton. You need a large towel, a bottle of water and a yoga mat for class. You can bring these with you from home or rent them from the studio for a small fee.
Finally, we don't recommend eating a big burrito right before class!
- You'll probably be better off with no big meals for at least 2-3 hours before practice. But, neither do you want to come in completely depleted. Be sensible about your diet, perhaps eat some fruit or drink some juice an hour or so before practice.
Don't wait any longer to take charge of your life. This is going to be FUN and you will FEEL BETTER than you have in years!
|If you are attending class between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Saturday, you must park around the rear of the building. This helps keep our neighbors happy and prevents your car from being towed!
